Promoter Program Terms

Version 2026-09-02.1. By joining the program you accept these terms, and your acceptance is recorded with a timestamp.

What it is

You promote SpawnPoint articles with your own link. People who arrive through it and actually read generate ad revenue, and a share of it is yours.

What is FORBIDDEN — read this part

Google AdSense policy forbids compensating anyone for clicking ads. An account banned for invalid traffic does not come back. So the rules below get no second chance: the first violation ends your participation and forfeits any unpaid balance.

Strictly forbidden:

• asking, suggesting or encouraging ad clicks in any form, including "click the ad to help me out"
• clicking the ads yourself, under any circumstances
• buying traffic — paid ads pointing at your link, PTC, traffic networks, "views"
• using traffic exchanges, autosurf, or any reciprocal-visit scheme
• using bots, scripts, proxies, datacenter VPNs or emulators to generate visits
• hiding the link, using deceptive redirects, pop-unders or clickbait that does not match the article
• promising any reward in exchange for a visit or a click

How you get paid

Payment is calculated on engaged sessions: people who stayed more than 10 seconds and scrolled at least 25% of the article, or read two pages.

You are never paid per ad click, and your dashboard shows neither clicks nor CTR. That is deliberate: a metric you can improve by clicking is a metric that puts you at risk, and us with you.

Your share is credited from the real revenue Google reports for your attribution channel, not from an estimate of ours.

Attribution

Your link sets a 90-day cookie. If the reader later arrives through another promoter's link, credit moves to them (last-touch).

Promoters with the most sessions over the last 30 days get their own AdSense attribution channel. The platform caps this at 500 channels; beyond that, the rest share a collective channel whose revenue is split proportionally to each one's engaged sessions. The allocation is recalculated monthly.

Anti-fraud

We automatically discard sessions with zero duration and no scroll, and sessions from datacenter ASNs.

If your link's estimated invalid traffic goes above 3%, or if there is an abnormal spike in sessions, your attribution is automatically suspended and reviewed by hand. A suspension is not an accusation — it is the only way to protect the account while we check.

Payouts

Withdrawals available from US$ 10 accumulated. Processed within 30 days of the request, after Google finalizes revenue for the period (AdSense closes a month around the 3rd of the following month).

Taxes are your responsibility.

Termination

You may leave at any time and receive the balance accrued to that date. We may end your participation for violating these terms, in which case any unpaid balance is forfeited.

Changes

A material change bumps the version of these terms and requires fresh acceptance before the next payout.
