Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2, 2026

This policy describes what SpawnPoint collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

SpawnPoint is operated by JAMDEV LTDA, through Gustavo Cantino.

Contact: contato@spawnpoint.blog.

What we collect

Analytics (Google Analytics 4). Pages visited, time on page, approximate country, device type and traffic source. Your IP is anonymized before it reaches Google (anonymize_ip).

Promoter cookie. If you arrived through a link with ?ref=, we set a first-party cookie (lb_ref) for 90 days holding the code of whoever referred you. It exists for exactly one purpose: knowing who to credit for the ad revenue from that reading.

Session measurement. We record visit duration, scroll depth and how many pages you viewed. This feeds the "engaged session" calculation that our promoter payments are based on.

IP address. Your IP is not stored. It is converted into an irreversible salted hash, used only to detect automated traffic, and the original value is discarded.

What we do NOT collect

  • we never require an account to read anything
  • we do not sell or share data with data brokers
  • we do not track you across other sites
  • we do not build individual behavioral profiles

Advertising

This site uses Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings or at aboutads.info.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website.

  • analytics and session measurement: legitimate interest in understanding and improving the content, using aggregated data and anonymized IPs
  • promoter cookie: legitimate interest in correctly attributing revenue in a program the promoter joined voluntarily
  • personalized advertising: consent, collected via the consent banner where law requires it

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to contato@spawnpoint.blog. We respond within 15 days.

To delete the promoter cookie right now, clear this site's cookies in your browser.

Retention

Attributed sessions are kept for 24 months (the window for disputing a promoter payment). Aggregated analytics follow the GA4 retention setting of 14 months.

Minors

This site is intended for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child sent us data, write to contato@spawnpoint.blog and we will delete it.

Changes
